【摘要】：目的探討非小細(xì)胞肺癌(NSCLC)組織中長(zhǎng)鏈非編碼RNA MVIH(lncRNA MVIH)與吉西他濱耐藥的相關(guān)性。方法將56例NSCLC患者分為觀察組(n=30)和對(duì)照組(n=26),觀察組給予吉西他濱/順鉑(GP)治療方案;對(duì)照組給予紫杉醇/順鉑(TP)治療方案,兩組患者均以21d為1個(gè)治療周期;2個(gè)周期后進(jìn)行療效評(píng)價(jià)。提取獲得標(biāo)本的RNA,對(duì)lncRNA MVIH的表達(dá)進(jìn)行熒光定量分析。結(jié)果觀察組30例患者中化療敏感13例,化療耐藥10例;耐藥組lncRNA MVIH的表達(dá)水平為3.61±0.50,顯著高于敏感組(2.08±0.27),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。對(duì)照組26例患者中化療敏感9例,化療耐藥9例;耐藥組lncRNA MVIH表達(dá)水平為2.94±0.31,敏感組為2.77±0.34,兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論NSCLC組織中l(wèi)ncRNA MVIH水平與吉西他濱耐藥有關(guān),提示lncRNA MVIH可作為預(yù)測(cè)吉西他濱耐藥的標(biāo)志物。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between RNA MVIH(lncRNA MVIH and gemcitabine resistance in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues. Methods 56 patients with NSCLC were divided into observation group (n = 30) and control group (n = 26). The study group was treated with gemcitabine / cisplatin. The control group was treated with paclitaxel / cisplatin and TP1. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 2 cycles. The expression of lncRNA MVIH was analyzed quantitatively by fluorescence. Results in the observation group, 13 cases were chemosensitivity and 10 cases were chemotherapeutic resistance. The expression level of lncRNA MVIH in resistant group was 3.61 鹵0.50, which was significantly higher than that in sensitive group (2.08 鹵0.27), the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). In the control group, 9 cases were chemosensitivity and 9 cases were chemoresistance. The expression level of lncRNA MVIH was 2.94 鹵0.31 in drug resistant group and 2.77 鹵0.34 in sensitive group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion the level of lncRNA MVIH in NSCLC tissue is related to gemcitabine resistance, suggesting that lncRNA MVIH can be used as a marker for predicting gemcitabine resistance.
