【摘要】：目的:了解分析重慶南岸城市結(jié)直腸癌高危人群結(jié)腸鏡篩查結(jié)果,陽(yáng)性病變情況,為社區(qū)健康指導(dǎo)提供依據(jù)。方法:整理研究于2013-2016年期間根據(jù)《中國(guó)城市癌癥早診早治》項(xiàng)目篩查出的結(jié)直腸癌高危人群并到重慶市第五人民醫(yī)院消化內(nèi)鏡中心完成結(jié)腸鏡篩查的受檢者,分析各種病變陽(yáng)性率。結(jié)果:共計(jì)納入435例受檢者,發(fā)現(xiàn)陽(yáng)性病例141例,總體陽(yáng)性率32.41%(141/435),其中男性陽(yáng)性病例75例,陽(yáng)性率47.47%(75/158),女性陽(yáng)性病例66例,陽(yáng)性率23.83%(66/277),息肉檢出率為28.74%(125/435),腫瘤性病變檢出率為7.76%(33/425),腺癌檢出率為0.46%(2/435);男性總體陽(yáng)性檢出率高于女性(χ2=25.669349,P0.01)。結(jié)論:由社區(qū)初篩出高危人群再行結(jié)腸鏡檢查的序貫篩查方式對(duì)于腸道病變的發(fā)現(xiàn)有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the results of colonoscopy screening and the positive lesions in the high-risk population of colorectal cancer in Nanan city of Chongqing. Provide the basis for community health guidance. Methods:. A study was conducted on the high-risk population of colorectal cancer screened during 2013-2016 according to "early diagnosis and early treatment of urban cancer in China" and completed colonoscopy screening at the Digestive Endoscopy Center of Chongqing 5th people's Hospital. The subject. Results: a total of 435 patients were included in the study. 141 cases were found to be positive, and the overall positive rate was 32.41 / 141 / 435%, among which 75 cases were positive in males. The positive rate was 47.47% and 75% / 158%, 66 cases were positive in women, the positive rate was 23.83%, and the detection rate of polyps was 28.7475 / 435). The detection rate of tumor lesions was 7.76 / 425, and that of adenocarcinoma was 0.46 / 435. The positive rate of males was higher than that of females (蠂 2: 25.669349). Conclusion: the sequential screening method of colonoscopy for high risk population is of great significance for the discovery of intestinal lesions.
