【摘要】：目的:探討胰腺淋巴瘤(PL)的影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)及特點(diǎn),并與胰腺其他常見(jiàn)疾病鑒別。方法:回顧性分析我院經(jīng)臨床及病理確診的10例PL患者影像學(xué)資料,其中9例患者行CT平掃及動(dòng)態(tài)增強(qiáng),1例行CT平掃,3例行MRI平掃及動(dòng)態(tài)增強(qiáng)。結(jié)果:1例患者為多發(fā)病灶,9例為單發(fā),共11個(gè)病灶;腫塊型10個(gè),彌漫型1個(gè);腫塊型病灶最大徑范圍在3.5~9.7cm,中位數(shù)為6.2cm;邊界模糊者6個(gè);CT平掃7個(gè)病灶呈等密度,4個(gè)為稍低密度;MRI平掃T1WI 3例均為低信號(hào),T2WI 2例為高信號(hào),1例為等信號(hào);10例有12個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)增強(qiáng)掃描,均為漸進(jìn)性輕中度強(qiáng)化,其中7個(gè)病灶為均勻強(qiáng)化;8例內(nèi)見(jiàn)血管穿行。結(jié)論:胰腺淋巴瘤體積較大,密度較均勻,增強(qiáng)后呈漸進(jìn)性輕中度強(qiáng)化,部分病灶內(nèi)可見(jiàn)血管漂浮征,具有一定的特征性
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the imaging findings and features of pancreatic lymphoma and to differentiate them from other common pancreatic diseases. Methods: the imaging data of 10 patients with PL confirmed by clinic and pathology in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Among them, 9 cases underwent plain CT scan and 1 case underwent dynamic contrast enhanced CT scan. MRI plain scan and dynamic enhancement were performed in 3 cases. Mass type 10, diffuse type 1; The maximum diameter range of mass lesions was 3.5 to 9.7 cm, with a median of 6.2 cm. The boundary was blurred in 6 cases; Ct plain scan showed isodensity in 7 lesions and slightly lower density in 4 lesions. MRI plain scan T _ 1WI in 3 cases were all low signal intensity and T _ 2WI in 2 cases, high signal intensity in 1 case; There were 12 dynamic enhancement scans in 10 cases, all of which were progressive mild and moderate enhancement, of which 7 lesions were homogeneous enhancement. Conclusion: pancreatic lymphoma is larger in volume and more homogeneous in density, with progressive mild and moderate enhancement after enhancement.
