【摘要】：目的：檢測BTF3、HIF-1α蛋白在結(jié)直腸癌組織以及癌旁組織中的表達(dá),分析BTF3、HIF-1α蛋白在結(jié)直腸癌中的表達(dá)水平與患者臨床病理參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系,并探討其臨床意義。方法：選取2013年01月至2014年01月湖南省人民醫(yī)院病理科存檔且臨床資料完整的普外科住院患者結(jié)直腸組織蠟塊共105例,其中結(jié)直腸癌組織61例,癌旁組織44例。而這61例結(jié)直腸癌中又包括29例結(jié)腸癌和32例直腸癌。采用免疫組織化學(xué)SP方法檢測BTF3、HIF-1α蛋白在結(jié)直腸癌及癌旁組織中的表達(dá),運(yùn)用SPSS 20.0統(tǒng)計軟件統(tǒng)計分析BTF3、HIF-1α蛋白的表達(dá)水平與臨床病理參數(shù)(患者年齡、性別、腫瘤部位、有無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移)之間的關(guān)系及其臨床意義,探討B(tài)TF3與HIF-1α在結(jié)直腸癌中表達(dá)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果：1.BTF3蛋白在結(jié)直腸癌組、癌旁組的陽性率分別為40.98%(25/61)、0%(0/44),P0.05。有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組、無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組的陽性率分別為56.67%(17/30)、25.81%(8/31),P=0.014�；颊吣挲g≥60歲組及60歲組中的陽性率分別為42.86%(15/35)、38.46%(10/26),P=0.119。男性組、女性組的陽性率分別為46.15%(18/39),31.82%(7/22),P=0.274。結(jié)腸癌組及直腸癌組中的陽性率分別為37.93%(11/29)、43.75%(14/32),P=0.644。2. HIF-1α蛋白在結(jié)直腸癌組、癌旁組的陽性率分別為59.02%(36/61)、27.27%(12/44),P=0.001。有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組、無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組的陽性率分別為73.33%(22/30)、45.16%(14/31),P=0.025�；颊吣挲g≥60歲組及60歲組中的陽性率分別為54.29%(19/35)、65.38%(17/26),P=0.383。男性組、女性組的陽性率為53.85%(15/27)、68.18%(15/22),P=0.274。結(jié)腸癌組、直腸癌組中的陽性率分別為58.62%(17/29)、59.38%(19/32),P=0.950。3.BTF3、HIF-1α同時表達(dá)為陽性的比率分別為36.07%(22/61),同時為陰性的占36.07%(22/61),采用Spearman相關(guān)系數(shù)分析二者在結(jié)直腸癌中表達(dá)的相關(guān)性得相關(guān)系數(shù)r=0.414,P=0.0001。結(jié)論:1.BTF3、HIF-1α在結(jié)直腸癌中的陽性率高于癌旁組織。2.BTF3、HIF-1α在結(jié)直腸癌中的表達(dá)具有相關(guān)性,二者與結(jié)直腸癌的淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān),而與患者的年齡、性別、腫瘤部位無關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the expression of BTF3hIF-1 偽 protein in colorectal carcinoma and adjacent tissues, and to analyze BTF3. The relationship between the expression of HIF-1 偽 protein in colorectal cancer and the clinicopathological parameters. Methods:. From January 2013 to January 2014, 105 cases of colorectal tissue wax mass were selected from the Department of Pathology of Hunan Provincial people's Hospital. There were 61 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and 44 cases of adjacent tissues, and 29 cases of colon cancer and 32 cases of rectal cancer were included in the 61 cases of colorectal cancer. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect BTF3. The expression of HIF-1 偽 protein in colorectal cancer and adjacent tissues was analyzed by SPSS 20.0 statistical software.
