帕金森病的中西醫(yī)發(fā)病與免疫機(jī)制探討

【摘要】：正氣可體現(xiàn)遺傳基因變異與多態(tài)性、炎癥免疫等多種含義,同時(shí)在老齡、氧化應(yīng)激等致病因素作用下,在正不勝邪、氣虛則邪勝的情況下,致使致病因子即突觸核蛋白(α-syn)病理產(chǎn)物聚集,導(dǎo)致帕金森病的發(fā)病表現(xiàn)出不同的個(gè)體差異與易感性,符合中醫(yī)"正氣存內(nèi),邪不可干"和"邪之所湊,其氣必虛"理論精髓。外部環(huán)境毒理因素與內(nèi)部免疫功能失調(diào)所致內(nèi)風(fēng)、痰熱、瘀血,說明陰陽失其平衡、臟腑氣血失調(diào)會(huì)影響到疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展,正氣的盛衰決定著某些致病因子的易感性及傾向性。同時(shí),針灸與中藥有效調(diào)節(jié)免疫機(jī)制等說明,中醫(yī)所遵循的整體觀念、辨證論治、君臣佐使的配伍原則本身就囊括了中醫(yī)免疫治療思想之精髓。
[Abstract]:Zhengqi can reflect genetic variation and polymorphism, inflammatory immunity and other meanings. At the same time, under the action of aging, oxidative stress and other pathogenic factors, under the action of pathogenic factors such as positive and evil, qi deficiency leads to the accumulation of pathological products of synaptic nucleoprotein (偽-syn), which leads to different individual differences and susceptibility to Parkinson's disease, which is in line with the "right qi storage, evil can not dry" and "evil". The essence of the theory that qi must be empty. External environmental toxicological factors and internal immune dysfunction caused by internal wind, phlegm-heat, blood stasis, indicating that yin and yang lose its balance, Zang-fu qi and blood disorder will affect the occurrence and development of the disease, the rise and fall of positive qi determines the susceptibility and tendency of some pathogenic factors. At the same time, acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine effectively regulate the immune mechanism, which shows that the whole concept followed by traditional Chinese medicine, syndrome differentiation and treatment, the principle of compatibility between monarch and minister itself includes the essence of traditional Chinese medicine immunotherapy thought.
