【摘要】：目的探討社區(qū)中西醫(yī)結(jié)合規(guī)范化管理對(duì)腦卒中患者運(yùn)動(dòng)功能和生存質(zhì)量的效果。方法選擇廣州市6個(gè)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)中388例腦卒中患者作為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(n=194例)和對(duì)照組(n=194例)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組在西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上,接受中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療。對(duì)照組僅接受西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療。采用功能綜合評(píng)定量表(FCA)和生存質(zhì)量測定簡表(QOL)分別在入選時(shí)、管理3個(gè)月后和管理6個(gè)月后進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果兩組共失訪8人,失訪率為2.1%。入組時(shí),實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組相比,一般臨床特征、FCA評(píng)分、QOL評(píng)分差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,而中西醫(yī)結(jié)合規(guī)范化管理3個(gè)月后和管理6個(gè)月后,兩組FCA、QOL評(píng)分差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。組內(nèi)比較顯示,實(shí)驗(yàn)組管理3個(gè)月后相比入選時(shí)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),管理6個(gè)月后與管理3個(gè)月后相比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論社區(qū)中西醫(yī)結(jié)合規(guī)范化管理對(duì)腦卒中患者運(yùn)動(dòng)功能和生存質(zhì)量提高作用顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of standardized management of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on motor function and quality of life in stroke patients. Methods 388 stroke patients from 6 community health service institutions in Guangzhou were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 194) and control group (n = 194). The experimental group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the basis of routine treatment of western medicine. The control group only received routine treatment of western medicine. The questionnaire survey was carried out after 3 months of management and 6 months of management by using functional comprehensive rating scale (FCA) and quality of life (QOL) summary table (QOL). Results A total of 8 people in the two groups were lost, the loss rate was 2.1%. Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in general clinical features, FCA score and QOL score between the experimental group and the control group, but there was significant difference in FCA,QOL score between the two groups after 3 months of standardized management of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and 6 months of management (P 0.05). The comparison in the group showed that there was significant difference in the experimental group after 3 months of management (P 0.05), and there was significant difference between the 6 months in the management group and the 3 months in the management group (P 0.05). Conclusion the standardized management of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has a significant effect on the improvement of motor function and quality of life in stroke patients.
