【摘要】：目的:探討中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療肝硬化合并上消化道出血的臨床效果。方法:選取2014年3月—2016年8月收治的肝硬化合并上消化道出血的患者96例為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為治療組與對(duì)照組,對(duì)照組患者單純給予奧曲肽治療,治療組患者給予奧曲肽聯(lián)合止血散和清腸湯治療,對(duì)比兩組患者的臨床療效、輸血量、止血時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間,并觀察兩組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:治療組、對(duì)照組的總有效率分別為93.75%、81.25%,與對(duì)照組對(duì)比,治療組的總有效率明顯升高(P0.05);與對(duì)照組對(duì)比,治療組患者的輸血量明顯減少,止血時(shí)間與住院時(shí)間明顯縮短(P0.05);兩組患者不良反應(yīng)的總發(fā)生率對(duì)比無顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:在奧曲肽治療的基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合止血散和清腸湯治療可顯著提高臨床療效,縮短治療時(shí)間,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods: from March 2014 to August 2016, 96 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with octreotide alone, and the patients in the treatment group were treated with octreotide combined with Zhixue Powder and Qingchang decoction. The clinical efficacy, transfusion volume, hemostatic time and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared, and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was observed. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 93.75% and 82.5% respectively. compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). Compared with the control group, the blood transfusion volume of the treatment group was significantly reduced, and the hemostatic time and hospitalization time were significantly shortened (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of octreotide combined with Zhixue Powder and Qingchang decoction can significantly improve the clinical curative effect and shorten the treatment time, which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
