【摘要】：目的:比較穴位埋線加西藥與單純西藥治療癲癇全身性發(fā)作型的療效差異。方法:將52例癲癇全身性發(fā)作型患者隨機分為穴位埋線加西藥組(30例)和西藥組(22例)。穴位埋線加西藥組取大椎、腰俞、鳩尾、氣海為主穴予穴位埋線,配合常規(guī)抗癲癇西藥治療,口服丙戊酸鈉,成人2.0 g/d,兒童50 mg/kg.d;西藥組單純給予抗癲癇西藥治療。觀察治療前1年及治療1年間癲癇計分及發(fā)作頻率,并比較兩組療效。結果:兩組患者治療后癲癇計分、發(fā)作頻率均減少(P0.01,P0.05),且穴位埋線加西藥組癲癇計分減少更顯著(6.57±3.29 vs 10.73±2.54,P0.05)。穴位埋線加西藥組總有效率為90.0%(27/30),優(yōu)于西藥組的68.2%(15/22)(P0.05)。結論:穴位埋線加西藥治療癲癇全身性發(fā)作型療效優(yōu)于單純西藥治療,能顯著改善癲癇發(fā)作癥狀,從而提高患者生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding plus western medicine and western medicine alone in the treatment of epileptic systemic paroxysm. Methods: 52 patients with systemic seizures were randomly divided into acupoint catgut embedding plus western medicine group (n = 30) and western medicine group (n = 22). In the acupoint catgut embedding plus western medicine group, Dazhui, Yaoshu, Hatowei and Qihai were taken as the main points for acupoint catgut embedding, combined with conventional antiepileptic western medicine treatment, oral sodium valproate, adult 2.0 g / d, and children 50 mg/kg.d; western medicine group were treated with antiepileptic western medicine alone.
