【摘要】：微生態(tài)學(xué)是研究正常微生物群與其宿主相互關(guān)系的生命科學(xué)分支.人體內(nèi)存在著大量的微生物,僅胃腸道內(nèi)就寄居著400-500種微生物,這些正常微生物群在人體消化、吸收、營養(yǎng)、免疫等生理活動過程中發(fā)揮著巨大的作用.微生態(tài)學(xué)的發(fā)展為我們認(rèn)識生命和疾病的本質(zhì)提供了全新的視角.微生態(tài)學(xué)的一些基本理論觀點(diǎn)與中醫(yī)學(xué)理論如整體觀念、陰陽學(xué)說、邪正盛衰等存在著某些相似之處,因此引起了中醫(yī)藥學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注.近十幾年來,不少學(xué)者從理論和實(shí)踐上去探索中醫(yī)藥學(xué)與微生態(tài)學(xué)的關(guān)系,并取得一定進(jìn)展,本文就近十幾年來中醫(yī)學(xué)在胃腸道微生態(tài)領(lǐng)域的研究進(jìn)展作一綜述.
[Abstract]:Microecology is a branch of life science that studies the relationship between normal microbial communities and their hosts. There are a large number of microorganisms in the human body, and 400 species of microorganisms live in the gastrointestinal tract alone. These normal microbial groups play an important role in the physiological activities such as digestion, absorption, nutrition, immunity and so on. The development of microecology provides a new perspective for us to understand the nature of life and disease. There are some similarities between some basic theoretical viewpoints of microecology and traditional Chinese medicine theories, such as the whole concept, the theory of yin and yang, the rise and fall of evil and so on, which has aroused widespread concern of traditional Chinese medicine scholars. In recent years, many scholars have explored the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine and microecology from theory and practice, and made some progress. In this paper, the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the field of gastrointestinal microecology in recent ten years is reviewed.
