【摘要】：目的:探討中西醫(yī)結(jié)合療法治療月經(jīng)不調(diào)的臨床療效。方法:將84例月經(jīng)不調(diào)患者按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為中西醫(yī)結(jié)合組和西藥組各42例,中西醫(yī)結(jié)合組采用中藥周期療法合并激素治療,西藥組給予單純激素治療,2個(gè)療程后進(jìn)行療效分析。結(jié)果:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合組治愈率54.8%,總有效率97.7%;西藥組治愈率33.3%,總有效率90.5%,2組治愈率和總有效率比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療月經(jīng)不調(diào)療效明顯,是一種較好的婦科調(diào)經(jīng)治療方法,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of irregular menstruation. Methods: 84 patients with irregular menstruation were randomly divided into integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group (n = 42). The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy combined with hormone, and the western medicine group was treated with hormone alone. The curative effect was analyzed after 2 courses of treatment. Results: the cure rate was 54.8% and the total effective rate was 97.7% in the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group, and the cure rate and the total effective rate in the western medicine group were 33. 3% and 90. 5%, respectively. there was significant difference in the cure rate and the total effective rate between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in the treatment of irregular menstruation, and it is a good method for the treatment of menstrual adjustment in gynecology, which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
