【摘要】：目的:探討中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療兒童遺尿癥的機(jī)制及臨床療效。方法:56例患兒隨機(jī)分為2組,對照組28例,給予氯酯醒片0.1 g/次、山莨菪堿片口服2次/d,晚上睡前1 h給予,小于6歲予7.5 mg,大于6歲予10 mg,配合心理治療、膀胱鍛煉法等,治療組28例在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上,輔以中藥方劑桑螵蛸散口服(每日1劑,2次服)。結(jié)果:治療組治愈17例,顯效5例,好轉(zhuǎn)4例,無效2例,總有效率92.9%。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療兒童遺尿癥不僅標(biāo)本同治,臨床療效顯著,而且經(jīng)濟(jì)、方便。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the mechanism and clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of enuresis in children. Methods: 56 children were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 28), chlorate awakening tablet (0.1 g / time), Anisodamine tablets twice a day, 1 hour before bedtime in the evening, 7.5 mg, > 6 years old and 10 mg, (less than 6 years old). Combined with psychotherapy and bladder exercise, 28 cases in the treatment group were treated with Cuttlebone Powder (1 dose per day, 2 times a day) on the basis of the treatment in the control group. Results: in the treatment group, 17 cases were cured, 5 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were improved, 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 92.9%. Conclusion: the treatment of enuresis in children with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is not only treated with specimen, but also economical and convenient.
