【摘要】：目的：探討運用中西醫(yī)結(jié)合療法治療老年胸腰椎骨折的臨床療效。 方法：選擇50例住院患者，并隨機分為采用中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療觀察組和西醫(yī)治療對照組各25例，觀察治療效果、疼痛情況、生活能力及神經(jīng)功能。 結(jié)果：觀察組顯效16例，有效24例，無效1例，，總有效率96%，療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組（P0.05），有統(tǒng)計學差異。 結(jié)論：中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療能有效改善治療效果，值得應用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture in the elderly. Methods: 50 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 25) and control group (n = 25). The therapeutic effect, pain, living ability and nerve function were observed. Results: in the observation group, 16 cases were effective, 24 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective, the total effective rate was 96%, the curative effect was obviously better than that of the control group (P0.05), there was statistical difference. Conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, and it is worth applying.
