【摘要】：目的探討中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療手足口病的療效。方法將400例手足口病例分成西醫(yī)組和中西醫(yī)結(jié)合組,西醫(yī)組197例采用利巴韋林等常規(guī)治療,中西醫(yī)結(jié)合組203例在西醫(yī)組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服手足口1號(hào)方,然后觀察對(duì)比。結(jié)果兩組在平均住院日、用藥后熱程、口腔潰瘍好轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間、皰疹消退時(shí)間方面比較均存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);經(jīng)分層分析后兩組間有口腔潰瘍者平均住院日、用藥后熱程、皰疹消退時(shí)間比較均存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);兩組間無(wú)口腔潰瘍患者皰疹消退時(shí)間比較存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05),平均住院日、用藥后熱程比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療手足口病,特別對(duì)口腔有潰瘍的手足口患兒臨床療效確切,安全性高,優(yōu)于單純西藥治療,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods 400 cases of hand, foot and mouth were divided into western medicine group and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group. 197 cases in western medicine group were treated with ribavirin and other routine therapy. 203 cases in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group were treated with hand, foot and mouth 1 prescription orally on the basis of western medicine group, and then observed and compared. Results there were statistical differences between the two groups in the average hospitalization days, the hot course after treatment, the improvement time of oral ulcer, and the time of herpes regression (P0.05). After stratified analysis, there were statistical differences between the two groups in the average days of hospitalization, the heat course and the time of herpes regression between the two groups (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the time of herpes regression between the two groups (P0.05), the average days of hospitalization and the heat course after treatment had no statistical difference (P0.05). Conclusion the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease with integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, especially for children with oral ulcers, is effective and safe, which is better than that of western medicine alone, and it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
