【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療口腔扁平苔蘚的臨床療效。方法:先根據(jù)病損大小用0.5ml～1ml的康寧克通-A加等容量的2%利多卡因混勻注射病損區(qū),并給予中藥一貫煎合桃紅四物湯加減。結(jié)果:1月后:治療67例,臨床治愈33例,好轉(zhuǎn)31例,總有效率為95.52%。1年后復(fù)查65例患者中,臨床治愈32例,好轉(zhuǎn)28例,無效5例,復(fù)發(fā)6例。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合可有效治療口腔扁平苔蘚,前期和后期療效均較好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of oral lichen planus treated by combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: according to the size of the lesion, the lesion area was injected with 0.5ml~1ml 's Corning Ketong-A plus 2% lidocaine of equal volume, and then was treated with traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Taohong Siwu decoction (TSI). Results: after 1 month, 67 cases were treated, 33 cases were cured and 31 cases improved. The total effective rate was 95.52%. Among 65 cases, 32 cases were cured, 28 cases were improved, 5 cases were ineffective and 6 cases were recurrent. Conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively treat oral lichen planus.
