【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療成年特應性皮炎的臨床效果。方法:回顧性分析2011.11-2012.11期間入我院診療的62例成年特應性皮炎患者的臨床資料,根據(jù)治療方案的不同分為觀察組(31例)和對照組(31例),對照組采用單純西醫(yī)西藥治療,觀察組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上加用中醫(yī)辨證論治,比較兩組患者的治療效果并行統(tǒng)計學比較。結(jié)果:觀察組總有效率87.1%,對照組總有效率67.8%,差異有統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05),觀察組優(yōu)勢明顯。結(jié)論:在西醫(yī)西藥治療的基礎(chǔ)上加用中醫(yī)辨證論治治療特應性皮炎有效率高,療效確切,用藥安全方便,不良反應小,值得臨床推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of treating adult atopic dermatitis with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: the clinical data of 62 patients with adult atopic dermatitis admitted to our hospital between November 2011 and February 11, 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatment schemes, they were divided into two groups: observation group (31 cases) and control group (31 cases). The control group was treated with simple western medicine and the observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared statistically. Results: the total effective rate was 87.1% in the observation group and 67.8% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of atopic dermatitis with TCM syndrome differentiation based on the treatment of western medicine and western medicine is effective, safe and convenient, and the adverse reaction is small. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
