【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合加外固定支架治療脛腓骨干開(kāi)放性骨折的臨床療效。方法:26例開(kāi)放性脛腓骨干骨折,采用中西醫(yī)結(jié)合加外固定支架治療方法。結(jié)果:優(yōu)16例,良9例,差1例,優(yōu)良率96.4%。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合加外固定支架治療脛腓骨干開(kāi)放性骨折療效滿意。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine and external fixator in the treatment of open fracture of tibia and fibula. Methods: 26 cases of open fracture of tibia and fibula were treated with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and external fixator. Results: excellent 16 cases, good 9 cases, poor 1 case, excellent and good rate 96. 4%. Conclusion: the treatment of open fracture of tibia and fibula with combined traditional Chinese and western medicine and external fixator is satisfactory.
