【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療輸卵管阻塞性不孕的治療效果。方法:采用病例對照方法,將156例輸卵管阻塞患者分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對照組。實(shí)驗(yàn)組先服1個月中藥湯劑,月經(jīng)干凈后3～7天行輸卵管通液治療,療程2～6個月。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)組通暢56例(其中妊娠29例),有效13例(總有效率89%),與對照組(總有效率49%)比較有顯著差異。實(shí)驗(yàn)組中,輸卵管間質(zhì)部、峽部、壺腹部阻塞治療效果相對較好。結(jié)論:中藥方劑聯(lián)合輸卵管通液是治療輸卵管阻塞性不孕的一種行之有效方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on oviduct obstructive infertility. Methods: 156 cases of fallopian tube obstruction were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction for 1 month and treated with salpingocele for 2 ~ 6 months on 3 ~ 7 days after menstruation. Results: there were 56 cases of unobstructed pregnancy (29 cases of pregnancy), 13 cases of effective (89% total effective rate) in the experimental group, and a significant difference compared with the control group (49% of the total effective rate). In the experimental group, tubal interstitial, isthmus and ampullary obstruction were relatively effective. Conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and salpingocele is an effective method in the treatment of oviduct obstruction infertility.
