【摘要】：目的:觀察活血化瘀還原湯配合小劑量抗精神病藥物治療難治性精神分裂癥的臨床效果。方法:將100例符合《中國精神障礙分類與診斷標準》中精神分裂癥的診斷標準,同時經(jīng)兩種抗精神病藥物系統(tǒng)治療無效后,又用氯氮平較大劑量治療無效的患者給予中藥內(nèi)服配合小劑量抗精神病藥物治療。結(jié)果:痊愈42例,顯效29例,有效18例,無效11例。結(jié)論:活血化瘀還原湯可能改變了中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)對抗精神病藥物的敏感性,使抗精神病藥物能夠有效的和藥物受體結(jié)合,從而獲得良好的臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Huayu reductive decoction combined with low dose antipsychotics in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia. Methods: 100 cases of schizophrenia in accordance with the Chinese Classification and Diagnostic criteria of Mental Disorders were treated with two kinds of antipsychotic drugs. Clozapine high-dose treatment of ineffective patients with traditional Chinese medicine combined with low-dose antipsychotic treatment. Results: 42 cases were cured, 29 cases were effective, 18 cases were effective, 11 cases were ineffective. Conclusion: Huoxue Huayu reductive decoction may change the sensitivity of central nervous system to antipsychotic drugs and make antipsychotic drugs effectively bind to drug receptors and obtain good clinical efficacy.
