【摘要】：正干燥綜合征(sjogren syndrome,SS)是因自身免疫反應(yīng)致受累的外分泌腺中淋巴細(xì)胞、漿細(xì)胞浸潤,腺體正常結(jié)構(gòu)破壞,分泌功能減退或喪失而出現(xiàn)一系列腺體分泌功能下降的癥狀,也可出現(xiàn)紫癜性皮疹,部分患者有雷諾現(xiàn)象、口腔潰瘍、關(guān)節(jié)炎、腎臟、血液系統(tǒng)、呼吸系統(tǒng)、消化道、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)等多系統(tǒng)受累,其中血液系統(tǒng)損害很常見。近2年來,我科采用中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療干燥綜合征合并血液系統(tǒng)損害者25例,收到顯著效果。
[Abstract]:Positive Sjogren's syndrome (sjogren syndrome,SS) is a series of symptoms in which lymphocytes, plasma cells infiltrate, normal structure of glands are destroyed, secretory function is decreased or lost due to autoimmune reaction. Purpura rash can also occur, some patients have Renault phenomenon, oral ulcers, arthritis, kidney, blood system, respiratory system, digestive tract, nervous system, and other multi-system involvement, in which blood system damage is very common. In the past two years, 25 cases of Sjogren's syndrome complicated with hematological system damage were treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
