【摘要】： 目的:探討中藥配合應(yīng)用聚維酮碘液介入治療卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位囊腫的臨床療效。 方法:將在我院行超聲引導(dǎo)下穿刺術(shù)的96例卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位囊腫的患者分成兩組,治療組52例,每位患者術(shù)后口服自擬中藥湯劑。對(duì)照組44例單純用聚維酮碘液穿刺治療,觀察兩組治療后的臨床療效及復(fù)發(fā)率。 結(jié)果:術(shù)后治療組治愈36例占69.2 % (36/ 52 ) ;有效13例占25 %(13/ 52) ;無(wú)效3例占5.8 % (3/ 52) ,總有效率為94.2 %。對(duì)照組治愈28例占63.6 % (28/ 44 ) ;有效12例占27.3%(12/ 44) ;無(wú)效4例占9.10 % (4/ 44) ,總有效率為90.9 %。全部病例隨訪12個(gè)月,治療組復(fù)發(fā)4例,復(fù)發(fā)率為8.2%(4/ 49);對(duì)照組復(fù)發(fā)5例,復(fù)發(fā)率為12.5%(5/40),復(fù)發(fā)時(shí)間為術(shù)后1～8個(gè)月。兩組的總有效率及復(fù)發(fā)率分別經(jīng)χ2檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行比較,P 0.05,兩組療效相同。但對(duì)于主要臨床癥狀中月經(jīng)不調(diào)、小腹脹痛、性交痛的治愈率,治療組明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),這對(duì)改善患者的生活質(zhì)量起了重要作用。 結(jié)論:應(yīng)用聚維酮碘液介入治療卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位囊腫是一種高效、可靠、安全和經(jīng)濟(jì)的方法,對(duì)不孕的婦女更為適用,尤其術(shù)后配合口服中藥的中西醫(yī)結(jié)合的治療方法對(duì)改善生活質(zhì)量更為優(yōu)越。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) combined with povidone iodide on ovarian endometriosis cysts. Methods: 96 cases of ovarian endometriosis cysts were divided into two groups, 52 cases in treatment group. 44 cases in the control group were treated with povidone iodine solution. The clinical effect and recurrence rate of the two groups were observed. Results: in the treatment group, 36 cases were cured (69.2%), 13 cases were effective (25%), 3 cases were ineffective (5.8% (3 / 52), the total effective rate was 94.2%. In the control group, 28 cases were cured (63.6%), 12 cases were effective (27.3%), 4 cases were ineffective (9.10% (4 / 44), the total effective rate was 90.9%. All cases were followed up for 12 months. The recurrence rate was 8.2% (4 / 49) in the treatment group and 12.5% (5 / 40) in the control group. The total effective rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared by 蠂 2 test (P 0.05). The curative effect of the two groups was the same. But for the main clinical symptoms of menstruation, abdominal pain, sexual intercourse pain cure rate, the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group (P0.05), which played an important role in improving the quality of life of patients. Conclusion: povidone iodine solution is an effective, reliable, safe and economical method for the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cysts, especially for infertile women. Especially, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can improve the quality of life.
