【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療腫瘤性貧血的臨床療效。方法:將惡性腫瘤患者100例,隨機(jī)分為治療組和對照組。對照組采用重組人紅細(xì)胞生成素(賽博爾),連用4周。治療組在上述用藥基礎(chǔ)上配服中藥湯劑,每日1劑,水泡后濃煎至250ml,分2次口服。結(jié)果:總有效率在治療2周時治療組為30%,對照組為16%。在治療4周時治療組為82%,對照組為52%。兩組間有顯著性差異(P0.01)。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療腫瘤性貧血療效顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on tumor anemia. Methods: 100 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with recombinant human erythropoietin for 4 weeks. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction, 1 dose daily, thickened to 250 ml after blistering, divided into 2 times. Results: the total effective rate was 30 in the treatment group and 16 in the control group at 2 weeks. At 4 weeks after treatment, the treatment group was 82 and the control group 52. There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.01). Conclusion: the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on tumor anemia is remarkable.
