【摘要】：腹繭癥常以腸梗阻或腹部包塊為首發(fā)癥狀,屬于中醫(yī)學(xué)"腸結(jié)""腹脹""積聚"等范疇,病機為氣機阻滯、瘀血內(nèi)結(jié),兼因飲食不節(jié)、調(diào)攝失司等致大腸腑氣不通,糟粕內(nèi)停。中西醫(yī)結(jié)合保守治療腹繭癥腸梗阻,在腑氣不通之時治宜通腑泄下,給予大承氣湯;在大便得下之后治宜活血化瘀、行氣止痛,給予活血消積湯,配合西醫(yī)常規(guī)禁食、補液、糾正電解質(zhì)治療,取得較滿意的臨床療效。

Traditional Chinese and Western medicine conservative treatment of abdominal cocoon intestinal obstruction, in the fu-qi impassable when the treatment should be released under the fu-organs, give big Chengqi decoction; After getting the stool, we should treat the patients with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, taking Qi and relieving pain, giving Huoxue Xiaoji decoction, combining with the routine fasting of western medicine, rehydration, correcting electrolyte treatment, and obtaining satisfactory clinical curative effect.
