【摘要】：正近年來我們采用西藥阿托品類,異丙基腎上腺素結(jié)合中藥麻黃附子細辛湯加味治療緩慢性心律失常38例,收到很好效果�，F(xiàn)將結(jié)果報道如下:1臨床資料本組76例均為我院住院確診為竇性心動過緩、病態(tài)竇房結(jié)綜合征(不包括慢快綜合征型)、房室傳導(dǎo)阻滯(Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度和高度)等心律失�；颊�。年齡40～75歲,治療組38例,其中男性20例,女性18例;對照組38例,其中男22例,女16例。每例患者用藥前作肝腎功能、電解質(zhì)、心肌酶、尿常規(guī)、動態(tài)心電圖等檢查,排除尿毒癥致高
