【摘要】：目的:為進(jìn)一步探索中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療盆腔炎性疾病(PID)和醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)相關(guān)中藥制劑研發(fā)提供參考。方法:以"Pelvic inflammatory disease""盆腔炎性疾病""婦人腹痛""中西醫(yī)治療"等為關(guān)鍵詞,組合查詢2007年至今在Pub Med、中國知網(wǎng)、萬方、維普等數(shù)據(jù)庫中收錄的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對PID的分類、病因、特點(diǎn)和中西醫(yī)臨床用藥方案及療效等進(jìn)行歸納和綜述。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:共檢索到相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)2 369篇,其中有效文獻(xiàn)30篇。中西醫(yī)對PID的分類和病因等的認(rèn)識均不同。西醫(yī)治療該病主要選用抗菌藥物,易產(chǎn)生耐藥,復(fù)發(fā)率高,且可能增加不良反應(yīng);中醫(yī)在辨證分型指導(dǎo)下選用內(nèi)服、外用藥或二者相結(jié)合治療該病,在改善臨床癥狀、控制復(fù)發(fā)、預(yù)防并發(fā)癥等方面療效確切;中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療該病將中醫(yī)辨證與西醫(yī)辨病有機(jī)結(jié)合,治療方案互為補(bǔ)充,標(biāo)本兼治,可顯著提高療效。但目前缺乏針對PID不同分型的針對性強(qiáng)、靶向性高的中藥制劑,從而為醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)相關(guān)中藥制劑研發(fā)提供了機(jī)遇。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide a reference for the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). Methods: taking "Pelvic inflammatory disease", "pelvic inflammatory disease", "abdominal pain of women" and "treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine" as the key words, the relevant documents collected in the database of Pub Med, from 2007 to present, such as China Zhiwang, Wanfang, Weipu, etc., were selected as the key words, and the classification of PID was analyzed. The etiology, characteristics and therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese and western medicine were summarized and summarized. Results & conclusion: a total of 2 369 related literatures were retrieved, of which 30 were valid. The classification and etiology of PID are different in Chinese and western medicine. Western medicine is mainly used in the treatment of the disease, easy to produce drug resistance, recurrence rate is high, and may increase adverse reactions; Under the guidance of syndrome differentiation, Chinese medicine is effective in improving clinical symptoms, controlling recurrence and preventing complications. The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can improve the curative effect. However, there is a lack of targeted and highly targeted traditional Chinese medicine preparations for different PID typing, which provides an opportunity for the development of related Chinese medicine preparations in medical institutions.
