【摘要】：目的:探討人工周期藥物結(jié)合電針治療卵巢早衰性閉經(jīng)的效果。方法:選擇青海省紅十字會醫(yī)院2000年4月～2008年1月72例患者,隨機(jī)平均分為治療組和對照組。對照組行人工藥物治療,治療組在藥物治療的基礎(chǔ)上加用電針治療,比較兩組治療后的效果。結(jié)果:治療半年后,治療組的總有效率為80.6%,對照組總有效率為61.1%,治療組明顯高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。病程長短與治療效果無明顯相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:人工周期藥物結(jié)合電針治療卵巢早衰性閉經(jīng)的效果優(yōu)于單純藥物治療,且無論病程長短療效均較好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of artificial periodic medicine combined with electroacupuncture on premature ovarian amenorrhea. Methods: 72 patients in Qinghai Red Cross Hospital from April 2000 to January 2008 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with artificial medicine, the treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of drug therapy, and the effect was compared between the two groups. Results: half a year after treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.6 and the total effective rate of the control group was 61.1, which was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant correlation between the duration of the disease and the therapeutic effect. Conclusion: the effect of artificial periodic medicine combined with electroacupuncture in treatment of premature ovarian failure amenorrhea is better than that of simple drug therapy, and the curative effect is better regardless of the course of disease.
