【摘要】：隨著生物-心理-社會醫(yī)學模式的確立,心理因素在疾病發(fā)生、發(fā)展中的重要作用逐漸為人所知,在心血管科就診的患者同時合并精神心理問題是臨床上較為常見的情況。精神心理問題可以引發(fā)或加重心血管疾病,心血管疾病的發(fā)生與發(fā)展同樣會導致精神心理問題的出現(xiàn),精神心理問題也可能以心血管的軀體癥狀為表現(xiàn)形式。因此形成了心血管與心理醫(yī)學交叉并綜合形成的一門學科——雙心醫(yī)學,而具有類似與不良情緒、心境相關的心血管軀體癥狀,伴有或不伴有器質性心血管疾病的情況則被歸為"雙心疾病"的范疇。目前,雙心疾病的病因病機、臨床識別及治療等均積累了一定經驗,但臨床實踐時缺少必要的規(guī)范,中國中西醫(yī)結合學會心血管病專業(yè)委員會雙心學組相關專家制定《雙心疾病中西醫(yī)結合診治專家共識》,以期規(guī)范中西醫(yī)結合診療規(guī)范,提高雙心疾病的診療水平。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of Bio-Psycho-Social Medicine model, the important role of psychological factors in the occurrence and development of diseases is gradually known. It is common in clinical practice for patients in cardiovascular department to be accompanied by psycho-psychological problems at the same time. Mental and psychological problems may lead to or aggravate cardiovascular diseases, and the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases will also lead to the emergence of mental and psychological problems, which may also be expressed in the form of cardiovascular physical symptoms. Therefore, a subject, double heart medicine, which is a subject of the intersection and synthesis of cardiovascular and psychological medicine, is formed, and it has cardiovascular physical symptoms similar to bad mood and mood. Cases with or without organic cardiovascular disease are classified as double-heart disease. At present, the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical identification and treatment of double heart disease have accumulated some experience, but the necessary standard is lacking in clinical practice. The experts of the double Heart Group of the Special Committee of Cardiovascular Diseases of the Chinese Society of Integrated Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine have formulated the consensus of experts on the diagnosis and treatment of double Heart Diseases with a view to standardizing the criteria for the diagnosis and treatment of double heart diseases in order to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of double heart diseases.
