【摘要】：正胃腸道反應(yīng)是婦科手術(shù)中最常見(jiàn)的并發(fā)癥,不僅增加患者的痛苦,而且影響手術(shù)操作。我院自2008年1月以來(lái),對(duì)168例婦科手術(shù)患者采用甲氧氯普胺(胃復(fù)安)內(nèi)關(guān)穴位注射預(yù)防患者術(shù)中胃腸道反應(yīng),并與靜滴甲氧氯普胺行對(duì)照觀察,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。資料與方法一般資料選擇ASAⅠ或Ⅱ級(jí)168例擇期婦科手術(shù)患
