【摘要】：正IgA腎病是以。腎小球系膜區(qū)IgA沉積為特征的腎小球腎炎,具有臨床表現(xiàn)多樣、病理改變復(fù)雜、預(yù)后差異性大的特點(diǎn),常見的病理類型是系膜病變,而以毛細(xì)血管內(nèi)皮彌漫增生為主要表現(xiàn)的IgA腎病(EPIgAN)報(bào)道較少,其預(yù)后差異也較大,現(xiàn)就我院采用中西醫(yī)結(jié)合方法治療的2例EPIgAN腎病報(bào)道如下。
[Abstract]:Positive IgA nephropathy is caused by. Glomerulonephritis characterized by IgA deposition in glomerular Mesangial region is characterized by multiple clinical manifestations complicated pathological changes and great difference of prognosis. The common pathological type is Mesangial lesions. However, there are few reports of (EPIgAN) in IgA nephropathy with diffuse proliferation of capillary endothelium, and the difference in prognosis is also great. Two cases of EPIgAN nephropathy treated by integrated Chinese and western medicine in our hospital are reported as follows.
