【摘要】：腸道微生態(tài)系統(tǒng)極其復(fù)雜。研究表明,腸道微生態(tài)失衡與功能性便秘的發(fā)生存在著相關(guān)性。中醫(yī)學(xué)擁有獨(dú)特的理論與臨床體系,隨著中醫(yī)藥不斷深入研究,以及腸道微生態(tài)學(xué)科的興起與發(fā)展,目前已證實(shí)中醫(yī)藥有維持腸道微生態(tài)平衡以及調(diào)節(jié)腸道微生物的作用。文章通過(guò)對(duì)近年來(lái)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的收集、分析和總結(jié),分別從功能性便秘的腸道菌群改變的中西醫(yī)病因、病機(jī)、治療進(jìn)展等方面,闡述功能性便秘與腸道微生態(tài)的研究進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:The intestinal microecosystem is extremely complex. Studies have shown that there is a correlation between intestinal microecological imbalance and functional constipation. Traditional Chinese medicine has a unique theory and clinical system. With the continuous in-depth study of Chinese medicine and the rise and development of intestinal microecology, it has been proved that Chinese medicine has the function of maintaining intestinal microecological balance and regulating intestinal microorganism. Based on the collection, analysis and summary of the related literatures in recent years, this paper expounds the research progress of functional constipation and intestinal microecology from the aspects of etiology, pathogenesis and treatment progress of intestinal flora changes of functional constipation.
