【摘要】：目的探討頭皮針抽提法配合運動訓練對腦血栓形成后恢復期偏癱患者的療效。方法選擇93例腦血栓形成后恢復期偏癱患者,均給予神經內科常規(guī)藥物治療(維腦路通片0.2 g,每日3次,腸溶阿斯匹林片100 mg,每日1次),采用隨機單盲對照法分為3組。頭皮針抽提法組31例,同時給予頭皮針抽提療法和運動訓練;頭皮針捻轉法組31例,同時給予頭皮針捻轉療法和運動訓練;藥物對照組31例,僅采用神經內科常規(guī)藥物治療,治療4周為1個療程。1個療程后進行療效評定。結果頭皮針抽提法組治愈顯效率為67.74%,頭皮針捻轉法組治愈顯效率為45.16%,藥物對照組治愈顯效率為29.03%,3組間療效比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01);且頭皮針抽提法組療效明顯優(yōu)于頭皮針捻轉法組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。結論在神經內科常規(guī)藥物治療的基礎上給予頭皮針抽提療法或捻轉療法配合運動訓練對腦血栓形成后恢復期偏癱患者的治療作用較好,且給予頭皮針抽提療法的患者效果優(yōu)于頭皮針捻轉療法。
[Abstract]:Objective To explore the curative effect of scalp acupuncture extraction combined with exercise training on convalescent hemiplegia after cerebral thrombosis.Methods 93 patients with hemiplegia in convalescent stage after cerebral thrombosis were selected and treated with routine medication of Neurology (Weinaolutong tablet 0.2 g, 3 times a day, enteric-coated aspirin tablet 100 mg, once a day). 31 cases in scalp needle extraction group were given scalp needle extraction therapy and exercise training; 31 cases in scalp needle rotation group were given scalp needle rotation therapy and exercise training; 31 cases in drug control group were treated with routine drugs only in neurology department, and the curative effect was evaluated after 4 weeks. The effective rate of treatment group was 67.74%, that of scalp needle twisting group was 45.16%, and that of drug control group was 29.03%. There was significant difference among the three groups (P 0.01). The curative effect of scalp needle extraction group was better than that of scalp needle twisting group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). On the basis of treatment, scalp needle extraction therapy or twisting therapy combined with exercise training has a better therapeutic effect on hemiplegic patients in convalescent stage after cerebral thrombosis, and the effect of scalp needle extraction therapy is better than that of scalp needle twisting therapy.
