【摘要】：目的:探討自擬中藥湯劑聯(lián)合西藥治療血瘀型產(chǎn)后發(fā)熱患者臨床療效及其安全性。方法:640例血瘀型產(chǎn)后發(fā)熱患者根據(jù)隨機分組法分為觀察組和對照組各320例。對照組采用西藥治療,觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合自擬中藥湯劑。兩組療程均為3 d。對比分析兩組療效、體溫降至正常例數(shù)、白細胞計數(shù)及其安全性評價。結(jié)果:觀察組總有效率(92.50%)顯著高于對照組(78.13%)(P0.05);觀察組退熱時間顯著快于對照組(P0.05);觀察組治療1、2、3 d體溫降至正常率顯著高于對照組(P0.05);兩組白細胞計數(shù)治療1、2、3 d顯著低于各組間治療前(P0.05);觀察組白細胞計數(shù)治療1、2、3 d顯著低于同期對照組(P0.05);觀察組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率顯著低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:自擬中藥湯劑聯(lián)合西藥治療血瘀型產(chǎn)后發(fā)熱患者臨床療效顯著,不良反應(yīng)少,安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of self-made Chinese medicine decoction combined with western medicine in treating postpartum fever of blood stasis type. Methods 640 patients with postpartum fever of blood stasis type were randomly divided into observation group (n = 320) and control group (n = 320). The control group was treated with western medicine, and the observation group was combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment in both groups was 3 days. The curative effect, the number of normal cases, the white blood cell count and the safety of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: the total effective rate (92.50%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (78.13%) (P0.05), the antipyretic time in the observation group was significantly faster than that in the control group (P0.05); Before treatment between groups (P0.05), the white blood cell count in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group for 3 days (P0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of postpartum fever of blood stasis type with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine has obvious curative effect, less adverse reactions, and is safe and reliable.
