【摘要】：目的:用針刀加局封、中醫(yī)外敷配合理療,治療急性踝關(guān)節(jié)扭傷的Ⅰ臨床療效。方法:將40例急性踝關(guān)節(jié)扭傷隨機(jī)分為兩組,Ⅰ組(n =20例)采用針刀加局封、中藥外敷配合理療治療,Ⅱ組(n=20例)用冰敷、外敷新傷一號配合手法按摩治療,兩組治療效果比較,兩組資料經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理,總有效率無明差異(P0.05),Ⅰ組治愈率明顯高于對照組(P0.01),且Ⅰ組傷程在1星期以上的傷者療效也高于對照組。
