【摘要】：目的:觀察解毒化瘀中藥外敷治療急性放射性皮膚損傷的臨床療效。方法:對128例行放射治療后出現(xiàn)急性Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度皮膚損傷的患者采用自擬解毒化瘀中藥方(大黃、黃連、黃芩、黃柏、芙蓉葉、澤蘭葉、紫草、虎杖等藥物)外敷治療,2周為1療程。結(jié)果:臨床痊愈21例,顯效44例,有效51例,無效12例,總有效率為90.63%。結(jié)論:解毒化瘀中藥外用治療急性放射性皮膚損傷療效滿意。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of detoxifying and removing stasis Chinese medicine on acute radiation skin injury. Methods: 128 patients with acute second and third degree skin injury after radiotherapy were treated with traditional Chinese medicine prescription (rhubarb, Coptis chinensis, Radix Scutellariae, Radix Phellodendri, Folium hibiscus, Elaeagnus sinensis, Laver). Polygonum cuspidatum and other drugs) were treated by external application for 2 weeks as a course of treatment. Results: 21 cases were cured, 44 cases were effective, 51 cases were effective, 12 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 90.63. Conclusion: the curative effect of detoxification and removing blood stasis Chinese medicine for acute radiation skin injury is satisfactory.
