【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療糖尿病性視網(wǎng)膜病變的療效。方法:將300例(420只眼)患者隨機(jī)分為治療組200例(286只眼),對(duì)照組100例(134只眼)。均采用氪激光光凝治療,治療組光凝后口服復(fù)方血栓通軟膠囊、維生素C、維生素E;對(duì)照組光凝后口服維腦路通、維生素C、維生素E。結(jié)果:治療組顯效56只眼(19.6%),有效182只眼(63.6%),無效48只眼(16.8%),總有效率為83.2%。對(duì)照組顯效26只眼(19.4%),有效58只眼(43.2%),無效50只眼(37.3%),總有效率為62.7%。2組總有效率比較,差異有顯著性意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:復(fù)方血栓通軟膠囊聯(lián)合氪激光治療糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變有較好療效,能改善視力,減少視網(wǎng)膜光凝量,縮短病程,提高療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on diabetic retinopathy. Methods: 300 cases (420 eyes) were randomly divided into treatment group (200 cases, 286 eyes) and control group, 100 cases (134 eyes). All of them were treated with Krypton laser photocoagulation. The treatment group took compound Xuetong soft capsule after photocoagulation, vitamin C and vitamin E, while the control group took Venolutone, vitamin C, vitamin E after photocoagulation. Results: in the treatment group, 56 eyes (19.6%) were significantly effective, 182 eyes (63.6%) were effective, and 48 eyes (16.8%) were ineffective. The total effective rate was 83.2%. In the control group, there were 26 eyes (19.4%), 58 eyes (43.2%) and 50 eyes (37.3%), the total effective rate was 62.7.2%, the difference was significant (P0.05). Conclusion: compound Xuetong soft capsule combined with krypton laser is effective in treating diabetic retinopathy. It can improve visual acuity, reduce retinal photocoagulation, shorten course of disease and improve curative effect.
