【摘要】：目的:比較電針足三里和天樞穴對腸易激綜合征(IBS)模型大鼠內(nèi)臟高敏的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)差異,探討兩穴作用的不同靶點,為進一步研究腧穴效應(yīng)的特異性規(guī)律提供實驗依據(jù)。方法:采用醋酸灌腸法制備IBS動物模型。將模型大鼠隨機分為3組,即模型組、電針足三里組、電針天樞組。電針兩穴組給予20min電針刺激,隔日1次,共電針治療7次。觀察電針對大鼠內(nèi)臟高敏行為反應(yīng)的影響,同時檢測各組大鼠血液及腦腸不同靶點處的神經(jīng)肽Y(NPY)含量變化。結(jié)果:與模型組比較,電針足三里組大鼠腹部抬起和背部拱起的容量閾值明顯升高(P0.05)。且電針足三里組大鼠丘腦中NPY含量顯著性升高(P0.05)。電針天樞組結(jié)腸組織中NPY含量明顯升高(P0.05)。結(jié)論:足三里穴有直接的明顯抑制內(nèi)臟高敏的效應(yīng),并對丘腦中NPY有明顯的調(diào)節(jié)作用。天樞穴對內(nèi)臟高敏的抑制作用不明顯,天樞穴只對結(jié)腸局部的腦腸肽紊亂有調(diào)節(jié)作用,推測NPY在丘腦中的含量變化可能是兩穴作用差異的關(guān)鍵性調(diào)節(jié)物質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the regulatory effects of electroacupuncture at Zusanli and Tianshu on visceral Gao Min in (IBS) rats with irritable bowel syndrome, and to explore the different targets of the two points, and to provide experimental basis for further study on the specificity of acupoint effect. Methods: IBS animal model was established by acetic acid enema. The model rats were randomly divided into three groups: model group, electroacupuncture Zusanli group and electroacupuncture Tianshu group. Electroacupuncture two points group was stimulated by 20min electroacupuncture, once every other day, 7 times electroacupuncture treatment. To observe the effect of electroacupuncture on the behavior of visceral Gao Min in rats, and to detect the changes of neuropeptide Y (NPY) content at different targets in blood and brain and intestine of rats in each group. Results: compared with the model group, the volume threshold of abdominal lift and back arch was significantly increased in Zusanli group (P0.05). The content of NPY in thalamus of Zusanli group was significantly higher than that of Zusanli group (P 0.05). The content of NPY in colon tissue of Tianshu group was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Zusanli point has a direct and obvious inhibitory effect on visceral Gao Min and a significant regulatory effect on NPY in thalamus. The inhibitory effect of Tianshu point on visceral Gao Min was not obvious, and Tianshu point could only regulate the brain intestinal peptide disorder in colon area. It was speculated that the change of NPY content in thalamus might be the key regulatory substance of the difference between the two points.
