【摘要】：目的:探討自擬扶正抑癌方配合泰勒寧片(氨酚羥考酮)對于中重度癌性疼痛的鎮(zhèn)痛效果以及對患者生存質(zhì)量和免疫功能的影響。方法:隨機(jī)將50例中重度癌性疼痛患者分成治療組25例,對照組25例。治療組采用自擬扶正抑癌方配合泰勒寧片口服治療,對照組單用泰勒寧片口服治療。結(jié)果:治療組與對照疼痛緩解率分別為96%(24/25)和92%(23/25),兩組無明顯差異(P0.05);生活質(zhì)量KPS評分值及T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)水平均比治療前有不同程度提高,兩組治療后KPS評分及T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群水平的差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組治療后不良反應(yīng)程度比較,治療組明顯低于對照組,其差異有顯著性意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論:自擬扶正抑癌方可以提高患者生活質(zhì)量及免疫功能,有效減輕泰勒寧片的不良反應(yīng),其配合泰勒寧片治療中重度癌性疼痛具有較好的臨床效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the analgesic effect of Fuzheng Yiyao Fang (FZYC) combined with Terainin tablet (aminophenol hydroxycodone) on moderate and severe cancer pain and its effect on patients' quality of life and immune function. Methods: 50 patients with moderate and severe cancer pain were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 25) and control group (n = 25). The treatment group was treated by oral administration of Fuzheng Yichang Fang and Terainin tablet, while the control group was treated by oral administration of Tylenin alone. Results: the pain relief rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96% (24 / 25) and 92% (23 / 25), respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05), and the quality of life (QOL) KPS score and T lymphocyte subsets (CD3) CD4 / CD8 / CD8 / CD8 were significantly higher than those before treatment. There were significant differences in KPS score and T lymphocyte subsets between the two groups after treatment (P0.05); after treatment, the degree of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P0.01). Conclusion: the self-made Fuzheng Yi cancer prescription can improve the quality of life and immune function of the patients, and effectively alleviate the adverse reactions of Teralin tablets, and it has a better clinical effect in treating moderate and severe cancer pain with the combination of Tylenin tablets.
