【摘要】：目的：觀察鋒鉤針治療單純型偏頭痛的臨床療效，初步探討鋒勾針治療單純型偏頭痛的機理，并向社會推廣。 方法：將60例偏頭痛的病人隨機分為兩組，即治療組和對照組，每組30例，其中治療組以鋒鉤針治療，對照組為普通毫針治療。鋒鉤針治療三日一次，三次為一個療程；普通毫針組隔日治療1次，連續(xù)治療5次為一個療程。一個療程結束后進行療效評價。 結果：兩組患者治療前后各項癥狀、體征均有明顯改善。鋒勾針組治愈12例，顯效13例，有效5例，無效0例，總有效率100%；毫針組治愈8例，顯效10例，有效8例，無效4例，總有效率87%，兩組間有顯著差異，治療組優(yōu)于對照組。治療組及對照組治療前后VAS視覺模擬評分、偏頭痛積分均有顯著差異，說明治療組優(yōu)于對照組。治療中未出現不良反應。 結論：通過系統(tǒng)的研究，我們發(fā)現鋒勾針治療單純型偏頭痛在總體療效、VAS視覺模擬評分、偏頭痛積分等方面療效顯著，而且本療法具有易于操作、安全快速等特點，值得推廣。鋒勾針治療單純型偏頭痛的機理可能是改善頭部局部的血管和神經功能，活血祛瘀，，疏通經絡。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of front hook needle on simple migraine and to explore the mechanism of front hook acupuncture in treating simple migraine and popularize it to the society. Methods: sixty patients with migraine were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The front needle was treated once for 3 days, 3 times as a course of treatment, while in the ordinary group, it was treated once every other day and 5 times in succession as a course of treatment. The curative effect was evaluated after a course of treatment. Results: the symptoms and signs of the two groups were obviously improved before and after treatment. 12 cases were cured, 13 cases were effective, 5 cases were effective, 0 cases were ineffective, and 8 cases were cured, 10 cases were effective, 8 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 87 in the filiform needle group, the treatment group was superior to the control group. There were significant differences in VAS visual analogue score and migraine score between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment, indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group. There was no adverse reaction in the treatment. Conclusion: through systematic study, we found that the treatment of simple migraine with front hook acupuncture has remarkable curative effect in general curative effect and visual analog score of VAS, migraine score and so on, and this therapy has the characteristics of easy to operate, safe and fast, and so on, so it is worth popularizing. The mechanism of the treatment of simple migraine is to improve the function of blood vessels and nerves, to activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis, and to dredge the channels and collaterals.
