【摘要】：目的:觀察疏血通注射液治療高血壓性腦出血的療效。方法:將73例高血壓性腦出血患者隨機(jī)分為治療組35例、對照組38例。觀察兩組的臨床療效、神經(jīng)功能缺損程度評分以及顱內(nèi)血腫容積的變化。結(jié)果:治療后治療組顯效率為62.86%,有效率為91.43%;對照組分別為39.47%和81.58%。兩組顯效率比較,差異有顯著性意義(P0.05),但兩組有效率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后兩組神經(jīng)功能缺損評分均降低,與治療前比較,差異均有非常顯著性意義(P0.01),且治療組評分低于對照組(P0.05)。治療后兩組血腫容積均明顯減小,與治療前比較,差異均有非常顯著性意義(P0.01),且治療組減少較對照組更為顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論:疏血通注射液可提高高血壓性腦出血臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the curative effect of Shuxuetong injection on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 73 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 35) and control group (n = 38). The clinical efficacy, neurological deficit score and volume of intracranial hematoma were observed. Results: the effective rate was 62.86 and the effective rate was 91.43 in the treatment group and 39.47% in the control group and 81.58 in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups (P0.05). After treatment, the neurological deficit scores of the two groups were decreased, compared with before treatment, the difference was significant (P0.01), and the scores of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P0.05). After treatment, the volume of hematoma in the two groups decreased significantly, compared with before treatment, the difference was very significant (P0.01), and the decrease of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: Shuxuetong injection can improve the clinical effect of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
