【摘要】：正肛瘺是指肛管或直腸因病理原因與肛周相通的一種異常管道,亦稱(chēng)為肛管直腸瘺[1],而臨床上治療效果欠佳。筆者根據(jù)多年臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)其診療進(jìn)展歸納總結(jié)如下。依據(jù)肛門(mén)視診及指診、肛門(mén)鏡檢查、探針檢查及瘺管染色等傳統(tǒng)手段,肛瘺的診斷并不難。而隨著現(xiàn)代技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,直腸腔內(nèi)超聲、CT及核磁共振均可提供三維立體成像,精確展現(xiàn)病變及周?chē)M織的解剖關(guān)系,為復(fù)雜性肛瘺的診斷提供重要信息。早在漢代《五十二病方》就記載了"巢塞直者,殺
[Abstract]:Positive anal fistula is a kind of abnormal conduit that the anal canal or rectum is connected with perianal because of pathological reasons, also called anorectal fistula [1], but the clinical treatment effect is not good. According to the clinical experience of many years, the author summarized the progress of diagnosis and treatment as follows. The diagnosis of anal fistula is not difficult according to the traditional methods such as anal inspection and digital diagnosis, anal endoscopy, probe examination and fistula staining. With the development of modern technology, both CT and MRI can provide three-dimensional imaging, accurately show the anatomical relationship between lesions and surrounding tissues, and provide important information for the diagnosis of complex anal fistula.
