【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療眼底出血的療效。方法:將56例眼底出血患者隨機分為2組,中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療組28例53眼,采用中醫(yī)辨證施治及現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學的對癥處理。西藥對照組28例47眼,按眼底出血病因?qū)ΠY治療。結(jié)果:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合組總有效率88.7%,西藥組70.2%,中西醫(yī)結(jié)合組明顯優(yōu)于單純西藥對照組(P0.05)。提示:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療眼底出血是比較好的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on ocular fundus hemorrhage. Methods: 56 cases of ocular fundus hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group of 28 cases 53 eyes were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and modern medicine. Western medicine control group 28 cases 47 eyes, according to the cause of fundus hemorrhage treatment. Results: the total effective rate of integrated Chinese and western medicine group was 88. 7%, while that of western medicine group was 70. 2%. The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine group was obviously superior to that of simple western medicine control group (P0.05). It is suggested that the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is a better treatment for ocular fundus hemorrhage.
