【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療急性胰腺炎的臨床療效。方法:回顧性分析本院自2007年3月至2009年3月應(yīng)用中西醫(yī)結(jié)合療法治療急性胰腺炎60例,并與同期單純接受西醫(yī)保守治療的58例急性胰腺炎患者作對照。結(jié)果:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合組總有效率91.7%,西醫(yī)組76.0%,兩組總有效率比較,P0.05。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合療法治療急性胰腺炎效果優(yōu)于單純西醫(yī)療法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on acute pancreatitis. Methods: from March 2007 to March 2009, 60 patients with acute pancreatitis were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, and 58 patients with acute pancreatitis who received conservative treatment of western medicine in the same period were compared. Results: the total effective rate of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was 91.7 and that of western medicine group was 76.0. The total effective rate of the two groups was higher than that of P0.05. Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on acute pancreatitis is better than that of western medicine alone.
