【摘要】：將肝內(nèi)膽管結(jié)石癥,按肝郁氣滯、肝血瘀阻、濕熱蘊結(jié)分為三型用"方1"和"方2"分兩步施治和后續(xù)依癥情再用"方1"和"方2"化裁而成的丸、散或膠囊長期鞏固治療;為防止因追求療效而帶來的偏弊為害,在不同施治階段,依癥情適時采取補弊救偏措施,燮理陰陽平衡,在保證療效的前提下,將偏弊為害的可能和程度降至最低。通過藥物配伍、辨證加減和對用藥量的靈活掌控,力求輕散、調(diào)暢、活絡(luò)而不傷陰,滌濁、蕩邪、通腑而不敗胃的組方宗旨以及在不同階段使用西藥參與治療的合璧治法是本治療方法的基本特點。

Through drug compatibility, differentiation of symptoms and signs, addition and subtraction and flexible control of the amount of medicine used, we strive for light dispersal, smooth adjustment, activating the collateral without harming the yin, purging turbid and evil, The basic characteristics of this method are the principle of unruffling stomach and the combination of western medicine in different stages.
