【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)中西醫(yī)結(jié)合療法與單用西藥治療糖尿病胃輕癱的臨床療效。方法:按Cochrane系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)方法,計(jì)算機(jī)檢索Pubmed、CBM、CNKI、VIP及萬(wàn)方等數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),同時(shí)手檢相關(guān)的雜志與會(huì)議資料信息。對(duì)符合條件的隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn),在資料提取和質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)后,應(yīng)用Rev Man 5.2軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析,并應(yīng)用GRADE系統(tǒng)對(duì)證據(jù)質(zhì)量分級(jí)。結(jié)果:共納入17個(gè)研究,1 332例患者。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療組與單用西藥組比較,胃排空改善[RR=1.26,95%CI(1.18,1.35)];空腹血糖[WMD=-1.06,95%CI(-1.29,-0.82)];脘腹脹痛[WMD=-0.95,95%CI(-1.21,-0.69)];上腹疼痛[WMD=-0.92,95%CI(-1.19,-0.65)];噯氣[WMD=-0.92,95%CI(-1.20,-0.63)];大便改變[WMD=-1.07,95%CI(-1.32,-0.83)],P值均小于0.00001。GRADE系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果顯示,證據(jù)水平均為C級(jí)。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合療法與單用西藥相比治療糖尿病胃輕癱有較好的療效,但鑒于納入的文獻(xiàn)質(zhì)量普遍不高,且樣本量少,仍需進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展大規(guī)模、高質(zhì)量具有中醫(yī)特色的研究進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine (TCM) and western medicine alone in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis. Methods: according to the evaluation method of Cochrane system, the database of Pubmedus CBM, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang were searched by computer, and the information of related journals and meetings were checked by hand at the same time.
