【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合預(yù)防斷指再植術(shù)后血管危象的療效。方法:22例斷指再植后出現(xiàn)血運(yùn)障礙,給予活血化瘀的中藥,不同的手指給予不同的引經(jīng)藥物,拇指桔梗、升麻,示指給予白芷,中指給予牡丹皮、柴胡,環(huán)指給予連翹,并根據(jù)血運(yùn)障礙,采用針刺治療。結(jié)果:24個(gè)手指出現(xiàn)血運(yùn)障礙,其中10個(gè)手指出現(xiàn)動(dòng)脈痙攣,14個(gè)手指出現(xiàn)靜脈回流障礙。經(jīng)治療,血運(yùn)障礙緩解18個(gè)手指,占75.8%。6個(gè)手指進(jìn)一步發(fā)展為血管危象,經(jīng)手術(shù)探查,有3個(gè)手指成活,3個(gè)壞死,成活率為86.5%。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療對(duì)預(yù)防斷指再植術(shù)后血管危象有肯定的療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the prevention of vascular crisis after replantation of severed fingers. Methods Twenty two patients with blood circulation disorder after replantation of severed fingers were treated with traditional Chinese medicine of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Different fingers were given different meridian drugs, Platycodon grandiflorum, ascendant, white angelica dahurica, middle finger peony peel, Bupleurum chinense, ring finger Forsythia suspensa. According to the blood flow disorder, acupuncture was used. Results: there were 24 fingers with blood flow disorder, 10 fingers with arterial spasm and 14 fingers with venous regurgitation disorder. After treatment, 18 fingers were alleviated, accounting for 75.8.6 fingers further developed into vascular crisis. After surgical exploration, 3 fingers survived, 3 fingers were necrotic, and the survival rate was 86.5%. Conclusion: integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in preventing vascular crisis after replantation of severed fingers.
