【摘要】：目的觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療小兒闌尾膿腫的臨床療效。方法將150例患者隨機分為治療組和對照組,治療組75例采用中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療,對照組采用西醫(yī)治療。對兩組患者治療后主要癥狀、體征消退的平均時間、平均住院時間及輔助檢查(白細(xì)胞、CRP、腹部B超)結(jié)果進行比較。結(jié)果治療組的癥狀、體征消退時間和住院時間明顯短于對照組,治療組不同時間點CRP和白細(xì)胞數(shù)恢復(fù)正常的病例數(shù)明顯多于對照組。結(jié)論中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療小兒闌尾膿腫能明顯提高療效,縮短住院時間。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on appendiceal abscess in children. Methods 150 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 75 cases in treatment group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, and 75 cases in control group were treated with western medicine. The main symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared after treatment, the mean time of hospitalization and the results of auxiliary examination (WBC CRP, abdominal B ultrasound) were compared between the two groups. Results the time of symptoms, signs and hospitalization in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the number of patients with CRP and leukocyte numbers returning to normal at different time points in the treatment group was significantly more than that in the control group. Conclusion the treatment of appendiceal abscess in children with combined traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the curative effect and shorten the hospitalization time.
