【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療肝硬化腹水的療效。方法:將65例患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,治療組35例,對照組30例,兩組均給予西藥保肝、利尿及支持療法。治療組在應(yīng)用西藥治療基礎(chǔ)上加用中藥調(diào)營飲加減口服。結(jié)果:治療組總有效率為85.7%,對照組總有效率為60%。兩組比較有非常顯著性差異(P0.01)。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療肝硬化腹水,療效優(yōu)于單純西藥組。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on ascites of liver cirrhosis. Methods: 65 patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 35) and control group (n = 30). On the basis of western medicine, the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine Tiaoying Yin plus or minus oral administration. Results: the total effective rate was 85.7 in the treatment group and 60 in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.01). Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on ascites of liver cirrhosis is better than that of western medicine alone.
