【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥的臨床療效。方法:將80例子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥患者隨機分為治療組和對照組各40例。治療組予自擬內(nèi)異方聯(lián)合米非司酮治療,對照組單予米非司酮治療,療程均為6個月。觀察比較兩組治療前后血清CA-125、性激素水平改善情況,并評定兩組療效。結(jié)果:總有效率治療組為90.00%,對照組為72.50%,兩組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療組治療后血清CA-125及性激素水平均優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:內(nèi)異方聯(lián)合米非司酮治療子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥療效滿意。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on endometriosis. Methods: 80 patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). The treatment group was treated with nifepristone and mifepristone, while the control group was treated with mifepristone for 6 months. To observe and compare the improvement of serum CA-125 and sex hormone level before and after treatment, and evaluate the curative effect of the two groups. Results: the total effective rate was 90.00g in the treatment group and 72.50 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). After treatment, serum CA-125 and sex hormone levels in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Neiyi recipe combined with mifepristone is effective in the treatment of endometriosis.
