【摘要】：正 骨質(zhì)疏松癥是一種全身骨量減少、骨組織微結(jié)構(gòu)被破壞、骨脆性增加和易于骨折的疾病。隨著人口老齡化的加速,該病成為嚴(yán)重威脅老年人健康的疾病。1 資料與方法1.1 診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn):參照1994年WHO建議的白人婦女診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),根據(jù)我國(guó)本身情況制定的我國(guó)骨質(zhì)疏松標(biāo)準(zhǔn):BMD≥-1SD為正常,BMD在-1～-2SD之間為骨量減少,BMD-2SD為骨質(zhì)疏松,同時(shí)伴有病理骨折為嚴(yán)重骨質(zhì)疏松。病例選擇:符合原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松癥診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn);試驗(yàn)前兩周未接受同類(lèi)藥品治療;排除因甲狀腺機(jī)能亢進(jìn)、類(lèi)風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎、骨關(guān)節(jié)結(jié)核、糖尿病及嚴(yán)重肝腎疾病等所引發(fā)的骨質(zhì)疏松。1.2 病例資料:診斷明確的骨質(zhì)疏松患者57例,男7例,女50例;
