【摘要】：目的：通過(guò)針刺調(diào)心安神方，觀察該組穴對(duì)改善心臟過(guò)早搏動(dòng)患者室性早搏和室上性早搏的療效差異，為臨床合理選擇應(yīng)用調(diào)心安神方治療不同類(lèi)型心臟過(guò)早搏動(dòng)提供客觀依據(jù)。 方法：根據(jù)針刺治療前動(dòng)態(tài)心電圖不同早搏類(lèi)型，將56例患者分為室性早搏組28例和室上性早搏組28例，兩組均采用調(diào)心安神方，穴取靈臺(tái)、神道、內(nèi)關(guān)（雙）、百會(huì)，并施以特定針刺手法。兩組均每日治療1次，針刺治療12次為1個(gè)療程，于治療前和1療程后觀察動(dòng)態(tài)心電圖早搏的變化。 結(jié)果：室性早搏組、室上性早搏組治療前后病情分級(jí)均有顯著性差異（P0.05），室性早搏組和室上性早搏組的總有效率分別為78.57%和50.00%，兩組比較有顯著性差異（P0.05），室性早搏組療效優(yōu)于室上性早搏組。 結(jié)論：針刺調(diào)心安神方治療室性和室上性心臟過(guò)早搏動(dòng)臨床均有效，，且針刺調(diào)心安神方治療室性早搏臨床效果更明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the difference of therapeutic effect of this group of acupoints on ventricular premature beats and supraventricular premature beats by acupuncture of Tiaoxin Anshen prescription. To provide the objective basis for clinical rational choice of Tiaoxin Anshen prescription for different types of premature heart beating. Methods: according to the different types of ambulatory electrocardiogram before acupuncture treatment, 56 patients were divided into two groups: ventricular premature beat group (28 cases) and supraventricular premature beat group (28 cases). And applied a specific acupuncture manipulation. The two groups were treated once a day and 12 times as a course of treatment. The changes of ambulatory electrocardiogram premature beats were observed before and after one course of treatment. Results: ventricular premature beat group, There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P0.05). The total effective rate of the ventricular premature beat group and the supraventricular premature beat group were 78.57% and 50.005%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). The curative effect of the ventricular premature beat group was better than that of the supraventricular premature beat group. Conclusion: acupuncture is effective in treating ventricular and supraventricular premature heart beats, and acupuncture is more effective in treating ventricular premature beats.
