【摘要】：目的:探討電針配合TDP治療術(shù)后胃癱綜合征的療效。方法:63例患者隨機(jī)分為治療組33例,電針夾脊穴,膈俞、肝俞、脾俞等,配合TDP照射。對(duì)照組30例,電針夾脊穴。結(jié)果:治療組總有效率96.96%,對(duì)照組總有效率76.66%(P0.05)。提示:電針夾脊等穴,具有疏肝理氣、升清降濁,補(bǔ)脾和胃、調(diào)和脾胃,利膈鎮(zhèn)逆功效,TDP照射可起到溫經(jīng)通絡(luò)、行氣活血、提高抗病能力的作用,兩者結(jié)合,療效優(yōu)于單純電針組。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of electroacupuncture combined with TDP on postoperative gastroparesis syndrome. Methods Sixty-three patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 33) and treatment group (n = 33). Control group (30 cases), electroacupuncture Jiaji point. Results: the total effective rate was 96.96% in the treatment group and 76.66% in the control group (P0.05). It is suggested that electroacupuncture at points such as Jiaji has the functions of soothing liver and regulating qi, rising and clearing up and reducing turbid, tonifying spleen and stomach, and harmonizing spleen and stomach. TDP irradiation can play a role of warming meridian and clearing collaterals, activating qi and promoting blood circulation, and improving disease resistance. The curative effect was better than that of electroacupuncture group.
